Value Proposition
Net Metering
Run your meter backwards
When solar panels generate more energy than a building demands, the excess is sold back to the grid, generating a credit on the customer’s utility bill

Net Metering
Our cutomers' generate power for the grid in the day, then rely on energy from the grid at night. To handle this give and take, our customers' electricity meters can spin both forward and backward.

Energy Balancing
Excess solar energy produced during the day roughly equals energy drawn from the grid at night.

State Legislation
Net Metering is available in 44 states and D.C. System size limits vary by state. For example, NJ and MD both allow up to 2 MW per site, while NH allows only 0.1 MW.
